  • We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, no minimum spend required.

  • Available exclusively for orders placed through www.bestvaluess.shop.

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

We currently only ship within the 50 United States.

We are unable to ship to the following: 

  1. U.S. territories
  2. Alaska & Hawaii
  3. P.O. Boxes
  4. APO/FPO military addresses
  5. DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses

Order Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • We strongly recommend tracking your package to receive it promptly and help prevent loss or theft.

Q1: Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address once your order has been processed. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.


Q2: Why did I only receive part of my order?
A: We ship from multiple warehouses, so your items may arrive in separate packages. If part of your order is still in transit, it should arrive shortly. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for an update.


Q3: What should I do if my package is marked as “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?
A: Please contact the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date delivery information.
If shipped via USPS, we recommend reaching out to your local Post Office™ instead of the national hotline. They can provide quicker and more detailed assistance.


Q4: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At this time, we only ship within the 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping.


Q5: What happens if my items arrive damaged?
A: We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s), and we’ll assist you right away.


Q6: Do you offer shipping to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes?
A: Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. territories.


Q7: When will I receive my tracking number?
A: Tracking details are sent via email as soon as your order has shipped. If you haven’t received it within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
